Contaminated or dirty water is potentially a very severe health hazard, badly maintained water storage tanks are a major contributory factor. All water tanks and the associated pipelines must be regularly inspected, maintained, cleaned and disinfected in line with local and International standards.Our hygiene services are carried out in accordance to HS (G) 70 guidelines for the prevention of Legionella and are carried out in the strictest of safety procedures using environmentally acceptable products. The chemicals we use are imported from Germany which are environmentally acceptable and can be disposed of into the sewage system with no detrimental effect whatsoever. One of the chemicals, ‘Carela Bio Plus’, or equivalent used by us actually produces Oxygen upon its natural molecular breakdown.
We chemically clean and disinfect your tank to remove all of the above and almost all of the staining inside the tank. Before discharge of wastewater after chemical cleaning we test the pH of the water in accordance with International and Muscat Municipality and Environmental discharge regulations. Wastewater is discharged only after the required standards are met.

To prevent the spread to Legionella contamination which thrives within domestic plumbing (Pipeline and Entire Systems) both hot or cold water systems, it is recommended that all systems which create a water spray or aerosol including spa pools must be treated to minimize the risk of Legionella contamination by flushing the water for 5 minutes or by using chlorine to provide minimum free chlorine at all outlets
