All Asbestos Abatement work be it partial or complete is done as in accordance with existing US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards for asbestos. USEPA currently enforces the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Pollutants (NESHAP). Federal OSHA sets standards governing worker asbestos exposure during any activity that may disturb identified and suspected Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). The relevant standard for Construction work is 29 CFR – Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.1001 or (CFR) 1915 for Shipyard Workers.
